Crossroads Animal Hospital is making efforts to minimize further spread of COVID-19 while continuing to provide veterinary care to our patients and support to our clients. For the next two weeks we are following the President of the United States and CDC’s guidelines.
We will be implementing the following temporary safety protocols:
• Rescheduling your appointment if you or any family member in your household has had any symptoms associated with COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat, and shortness of breath).
• We are providing curbside services! Please stay in your vehicle.
o Food/Medication pick-up: Please call in advance to order or refill the prescription and pay over the phone. Call or text us at 225-261-6000 when you arrive and we will bring it to your vehicle.
o Drop-off/Pick-up: When you arrive, please call us and a staff member will come get your pet while you are checked in over the phone. We will call you when your pet is ready. If your pet is here for an exam, Dr. LoBue will call you to discuss the exam. Payment will be taken over the phone and we will bring your pet to your vehicle.
o Appointments: Please call or text us when you arrive. A staff member will come out to your vehicle to get your pet to be seen by Dr. LoBue. He will call you to go over the appointment. Payment will be taken over the phone and we will bring your pet to your vehicle.
