- Upload your pet’s best photo, contact your clinic, and subscribe to Text Messaging.

Loyalty Rewards Program
We’ve designed a Loyalty program to reward you! Our Loyalty program will save you money on services and products purchased at Crossroads Animal Hospital. Our Loyalty Rewards Points program is automatic once you have registered at the Pet Portal. Any service or product that you receive from us will earn Reward points.
You can redeem your points for services and products such as free nail trims, free baths, and $10 off visit. Log into your Pet Portal to check your Rewards status. The Portal will tell you if you have enough points to get a Reward. Then just click ‘Redeem’ – next time you stop in, you can collect your Reward.
