We offer boarding and daycare services here at Crossroads Animal Hospital. All of our boarders are under vet supervision and are well taken care of by our trained animal loving Caregivers. We take dogs outside 3 times a day in our play yard where we have agility equipment, toys, and lots of room for your pets to run around. Extra play time is available upon request. We have a special kennel food for our dogs, but we encourage you to bring your pet's own food. We ask that you do not bring any raw food.
For the protection of each of our boarding pets, we require that all new guests pass a physical exam performed by one of our veterinarians prior to their first visit. Each pet also needs to be current on all vaccines. Our kennel staff is also qualified to administer any medications your pet may need while staying with us.
All of our boarders are required to be current on vaccinations. Dogs are required to be vaccinated for DA2PL, Bordetella (every 6 months), and Rabies. Cats are required to be vaccinated against FVRCP and Rabies.
CAPSTAR, a 24 hour flea preventative that kills any live fleas a pet may have on them, is administered orally to all animals that are staying with us to maintain our flea-free environment.
If your pet is on medication, please fill out this form and bring it with you when dropping your pet off for boarding: Medication Administration Form There will be an additional charge per day for medication administration.
